ProCare Solution Introduces 24 Hour Support Coordination

ProCare Solution is proud to announce that we have officially moved from standard Support Coordination to a fully implemented 24-hour Support Coordination model. This change has come from listening closely to families and recognising a simple truth. Many issues that affect a participant’s support do not wait until the next business day.

Families have shared how stressful it can be when a service cancels, when something goes wrong at night or when an urgent decision needs to be made and no one is available. Having someone who answers, even after hours, makes a real difference. That is why we redesigned our approach to make support more reliable for the people we work with.

Our website and service pages now reflect this update, but the most important change is what is happening behind the scenes. We have strengthened our internal processes, communication systems, and staffing structure to ensure families can reach us when they need help. This includes genuine after-hours availability and clearer pathways for managing urgent or time-sensitive situations.

The 24-hour model is already active across our team. Coordinators are responding faster, maintaining better communication and providing more consistent follow-through for participants who need support during evenings, weekends or unexpected moments. Families have already told us how much reassurance this has given them and how much pressure it has taken off day-to-day life.

For us, this is more than a service update. It reflects our commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and genuine participant focus. Life does not stop at five o’clock, and support should not either. Our goal is to reduce stress for families by making sure someone is available to guide them, no matter the time of day.

ProCare Solution will continue to support people across the Gympie, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast and Brisbane with a service model built on communication, clarity and care. Families can trust that we will be here, day or night, to help them navigate their NDIS journey with confidence.
