Meryem founded ProCare Solution with 10+ years of experience to lift the standard of daily living and community support across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. She brings deep experience in culturally safe care, women’s health and family advocacy. Meryem mentors our frontline team to show up with empathy and consistency, and partners with allied health and planners to keep evidence and outcomes aligned.

Kevin leads day-to-day operations at ProCare Solution, making sure every participant receives reliable, consistent care. With a background in team leadership, training and client experience, Kevin focuses on matching the right support worker, building routine, and measuring outcomes so participants feel secure, respected and in control. He’s passionate about trauma-informed, gender-affirming practice and collaborating closely with families, clinicians and coordinators to make plans work in real life.

Focus areas: Support Coordination partnership, complex rostering, behaviour supports in the home, post-hospital routines, community integration.

Raquel is a warm, dependable support worker known for building trust quickly and helping participants grow confidence at home and in the community. She supports daily routines, community access and health appointments, and works closely with families and therapists to keep goals on track.

Focus areas: Community access, personal care, independence building, schedule/routine support, multilingual communication.
